What Is a Courtesy Car?!
A courtesy car is a temporary replacement vehicle provided you free of charge, ensuring you experience minimal disruption while your vehicle is in the workshop.
At Changan Iraq, we understand the importance of your vehicle to your daily routine. That’s why we offer a Courtesy Car Service to keep you moving while your Changan is being serviced or repaired at one of our authorized centers.
When Am I Eligible?
You may be eligible for a courtesy car if:
- Your Changan vehicle is under warranty or covered by a service contract
- The service or repair is expected to take more than 24 hours
- You have pre-booked your appointment and requested a courtesy car in advance
- Courtesy cars are available on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to availability
How to Request a Courtesy Car:
- Schedule your service appointment through our official service center or hotline.
- Mention your need for a courtesy car during the booking.
- Bring valid documents (driving license, ID) when dropping off your vehicle.
Terms & Conditions:
- Fuel: Courtesy cars are provided with a set fuel level; you are expected to return the vehicle with the same level.
- Mileage: Daily mileage limits may apply.
- Insurance: Basic insurance is included. Additional coverage or liability options may be discussed upon vehicle handover.
- Driver Requirements: The driver must hold a valid Iraqi driving license and meet minimum age requirements.
- Booking: Advance reservation is required.
